1. Prudential X AWEsum Care “$1,388 Exclusive Discount” (“Offer”) is organised by Prudential Hong Kong Limited (“Prudential”) and the service provider of advance care planning products and services - DocPro Services Limited (“AWEsum Care”).

    Under the Offer, AWEsum Care provides the step by step online guide to set up of advance care planning documents on a DIY basis, including (i) will, (ii) enduring power of attorney and (iii) advance directives, as well as professional witnessing services for enduring power of attorney and advance directives (“Services”) during the Validity Period. The Promotion Period starts from 21st July to 21st August 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

  2. The Offer is open to individuals who fulfil all the following requirements (“Eligible Customer(s)”):

    1. customer(s) who are holding Prudential’s in-force insurance policy (“Policy”);

    2. successfully registered through the designated registration form within the Promotion Period;

    3. in the registration form, provided full name (must be the same as Hong Kong ID), and Hong Kong mobile number (must be the same as the number provided for your Policy application).

  3. All information cannot be changed or cancelled once being submitted for registration. If any information provided during such registration (including but not limited to the full name and mobile number) is/are repeated, untrue, incorrect, incomplete or invalid, the relevant Eligible Customer(s) will be disqualified for this Offer.

  4. Each Eligible Customer(s) can register the Offer once only during Promotion Period and will receive ONE promotion code only.

  5. Registration quota for the Offer is capped at 100 and will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis based on the record of Prudential.

Upon successfully fulfilling the requirements of the terms and conditions under this Offer, Eligible Customer(s) will receive an SMS sent by Prudential on or before 31st August 2023 at the mobile number provided during registration for the Offer promotion code and designated AWEsum Care link to register as member, and redeem the Offer for the performance of the Services at a special price of $3,300 (original price is at $4,688). The promotion code is valid from 31st August 2023 to 30th November 2023 (“Validity Period”). Eligible Customer(s) must register using the promotion code and have paid Services fee within the Validity Period. Unsuccessful registrations will not be notified. Promotion code cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, any other voucher or gifts, and is not replaceable in the event of loss, invalidity or expiry. Prudential is not liable for any submission delay, loss of information, error in transmitting information, unrecognizable or damaged information in that may be caused by any computer, internet network, telephone and technical problems or any other causes beyond the control of Prudential.

  2. Promotion code is only applicable to complete full set of the Services within Validity Period. Promotion code is not applicable to set up part of documents and witnessing services. Eligible Customer(s) need to pay in original price if only part of documents or witnessing services are completed.

  3. Promotion code need to be consumed within the Validity Period, it is not replaceable in the event of invalidity or expiry.

  4. Eligible Customer(s) need to register account at AWEsum Care designated webpage and enter promotion code and select type of document to set up, upon setting up of documents, a reminder email for witnessing service booking will be sent by AWEsum Care to remind Eligible Customer(s) for witnessing service booking arrangement by replying email to enjoy the Offer.

  5. By confirming the witnessing service booking, bank account number will be provided by AWEsum Care for Eligible Customer(s) to settle the payment.

  6. By submitting the registration form of this promotion, the Eligible Customer(s) are deemed to have understood and agreed to (i) the terms and conditions of this promotion and the Privacy Notice https://www.prudential.com.hk/en/privacy-policy ; (ii) Prudential will handle the Personal Information for promotion use.

  7. The redemption of the promotion code is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by AWEsum Care. Prudential shall not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever in relation to crediting or using the promotion code. Prudential will not be responsible or liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting from any use or misuse of the promotion code.

  9. Prudential reserve the rights to vary, extend or terminate the Offer and to amend any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. In case of any disputes (including but not limited to the cancellation of the Offer), the decision of Prudential shall be final and binding.

  10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Each Eligible Customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
