HealthCare+ is a third-party e-platform you can access through our official WeChat account that is available to persons covered under PremierFlex Medical Plan. It allows you access [Rare-in-Hong Kong market] one-stop dedicated value-added services. HealthCare+ also provides 24/7 hotline for your inquiries about the services provided.
Good to know: Exclusive privileges of Outpatient Care Benefit
If you opt for the Outpatient Care Benefit and you are in mainland China, you can access the [Rare-in-Hong Kong market] "24/7 Telemedicine" using HealthCare+ (under the "Personalised Treatment Assistance" section) and get virtual consultations and prescribed medicines from registered doctors there together with medication delivery.

If you receive medical treatment at a designated medical institution, you do not need to pay out-of-pocket for the approved medical costs the policy covers, saving you from the worry about cash flow. In addition, through the collaboration with specific medical institutions in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area, we provide seamless cross-border medical coordination and medical expenses direct billing.
Through Global Drug Search and Second Medical Opinion, we help you source high-quality drugs globally and connects you with leading experts, allowing you to benefit from world-class medical achievements.

Open WeChat and enter into the official account of Prudential Hong Kong Limited by scanning the following QR code to or browsing contact list. Click ‘follow official account’ for receiving relevant notifications in future.
In the official account of Prudential Hong Kong Limited, click ‘customer service’ and click ‘HealthCare+’ to enter the login page. Please use your myPrudential credentials (including ID card number and password) to enter the landing page of HealthCare+.
After logging in HealthCare+, first time usage requires confirmation of service provider’s terms and conditions and Personal Information Collection Statement, and provide Life Assured’s personal information (including name, identity card number, gender, date of birth etc.) for Prudential’s verification. First time registration is successful once verification is complete.
For subsequent usage of HealthCare+, you only need to click ‘customer service’ followed by clicking ‘HealthCare+’ in the official account of Prudential Hong Kong Limited, and use your myPrudential credentials to log in HealthCare+ service platform. You may then be able to access a range of dedicated value-added services.
How HealthCare+ work?
HealthCare+ and dedicated value-added services are applicable only to life assureds of PremierFlex Medical Plan. Life Assured may use HealthCare+ and dedicated value-added services 30 days after the effective date of PremierFlex Medical Plan and its supplementary benefit, or in the case of reinstatement, the effective date of such reinstatement (whichever is later). HealthCare+ and dedicated value-added services may be used due to accidental cause starting from the effective date of PremierFlex Medical Plan and its supplementary benefit.
Some services have a limit on the number of uses per policy year. They may also restrict where and when you can apply or use these services. For details please refer to "Usage conditions of HealthCare+ and dedicated value-added services".
